From the download page, you can download the hybridconnect.zip file to your hard drive.

Once that's done, there are two ways to upload and install the plugin.

Installing via FTP

The best way to install the plugin is to upload it via FTP. If you are not familiar with FTP (file transfer protocol), here's a quick video on how to set up a connection:

Once you have an FTP connection set up, here's what you need to do:

  1. On your server, navigate to the folder containing the files of your WordPress website. For a site called "mysite.com" this is typically in "public_html" -> "mysite.com".
  2. Inside that folder, go to "wp-content" -> "plugins".

Now, unzip the hybridconnect.zip file (I recommend using 7-zip, if you don't already have an equivalent program installed). This will extract a folder called hybridconnect. Drag and drop this folder into the wp-content/plugins folder for your WordPress site.

After the upload is completed, log in to your WordPress admin dashboard and go to "Plugins". In the list of installed plugins, find "Hybrid Connect" and click on the "Activate" link:

That's it! With either of the two methods above, you've now successfully installed Hybrid Connect!
