Sometimes in Internet Explorer 8 and 9 Hybrid Connect forms are completely messed up and don't look anything like they're supposed to look.

The reason this occasionally occurs is because Internet Explorer runs out of memory when it processes too many stylesheets (CSS).

The error occurs in some themes that load too many files CSS files externally (see here for more technical information http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/iewebdevelopment/thread/ad1b6e88-bbfa-4cc4-9e95-3889b82a7c1d/ )

Solution :- Install http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bwp-minify/ - this is a free plugin that compresses your code and allows it to consume less memory

If you're still having issues, then you'll need to work with your theme developer to limit the number of external CSS files that are being loaded.

Remember: always test your forms in all browsers!
